Chimamanda Adichie's book, 'Americanah' is BBC's Best Book in 2013

Chimamanda Adichie has continued to have a great year as her latest work, Americanah has been named BBC's best book in 2013.
The novel which was released in may has continued to garner much praise and was also selected as one of the 10 best books in 2013 by the editors of New York Times.
Americanah is the story of a Nigerian lady who sojourns abroad for higher education leaving her boyfriend behind.
Americanah is her third novel after her works, 'purple hibiscus' and 'half of a yellow sun' which were equally very successful
