Justin Bieber unveils 21st inking as evidence of felony mounts in ‘egg attack on neighbour’s home’Justin Bieber bowed his latest inking on Instagram on Saturday as Los Angeles County Sheriffs continue to build a felony case against the singing star for allegedly pelting a neighbour’s home with eggs.
The new tattoo on the inside of the 19-year-old’s right forearm is his 21st and depicts what looks like a jester’s face with the characteristic hat tipped with bells.
The image is drawn in black and is placed under his seventh tattoo, a tiny Japanese kanji symbol for music, which he had done in July 2012.
