Since Babatunde Okungbowa, also known as OJB Jezreel, had a thanksgiving service for his successful kidney operation at St. Leo's Catholic Church, not many people have heard from him.
But we can authoritatively inform you what the prolific music producer is presently up to.
OJB has set up a kidney related foundation that would focus on helping kidney patients in the country.
OJB, who is still recuperating from a Kidney transplant he had last year in India, while speaking with a magazine spoke about the Foundation said: "It would be called OJB Foundation. We are trying to setup one or more dialysis centers which patients will use at highly affordable cost."
To this end, we are discussing with partners who would make this happen. We are about to start the programme.
We don't just want to be begging for funds. We have to look for a sustainable format. So we want to start a Save 20 campaign. From there, we move on with the support of the private sector, Government and Non Governmental Organizations, NGO".
He also said he is currently working on his new album which is expected to drop in June. We can only wish him best of luck in both endeavours.
