Feel sorry for him or not, Chris Brown may be sentenced to jail for four years come May after shocking gnarling pictures of his victim landed with prosecutors today, May 6!

The bloody pictures from the brawl allegedly involving Breezy, his body guard and the D.C man they’re accused of brutalizing have just been released and they don’t look good for the singer’s forthcoming trial.

According to TMZ, “A judge approved the release of the photos Today and the pics were entered into evidence by prosecutors during the recent trial of Brown’s bodyguard Christopher Hollosy.”

The bloody face belongs to Parker Adams, the man who says both Brown and Hollosy went ballistic on him in October last year outside a D.C. hotel – punching him in the face for attempting to photo-bomb a pic Brown was taking with two girls.

Judge Approves Chris Brown's Jail Transfer

A Washington, D.C. judge has granted prosecutors permission to haul embattled singer Chris Brown from a Los Angeles jail to stand trial in the capital for a misdemeanor assault charge.

The R&B star was placed behind bars in California earlier this month (Mar14) after he was asked to leave a Malibu rehabilitation center, where he had been seeking anger management treatment as part of a court-ordered stay for a probation violation, relating to a fight outside a hotel in Washington, D.C. last October (13). The 24-year-old singer and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy both stand accused of punching the alleged victim.

Brown's lawyers filed a motion on Wednesday (26 Mar 14) to have the case dismissed, but it appears the judge is refusing to do so. Instead, he has approved an order to have the Kiss Kiss hit maker escorted to court in Washington by a U.S. Marshal.

However, the jail transfer cannot be completed until the Los Angeles judge overseeing his probation case signs off on the release, according to a reliable source.

Brown's trial date has been set for 17 April(14). He has pleaded not guilty, but if convicted, he faces up to four years behind bars.

His probation stems from a 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Chris Brown Jailed After Being Thrown Out of Rehab

According to a TMZ report, Chris Brown was arrested in Malibu yesterday after getting kicked out of rehab for violating rules.

From TMZ, Chris Brown is in jail right now, because he violated a judge's order by getting booted from the rehab facility where he's been living for nearly months.

TMZ has learned. The judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered Chris to live in the Malibu rehab facility for 90 days to get anger management therapy, and he completed the stint earlier this month. But at the last court hearing, the judge modified things and ordered Chris to stay in the facility while the Washington D.C. assault case ran its course.

The deal was this, if Chris left rehab, he would go directly to jail.

Sources familiar with the situation told TMZ.

Brown was thrown out of the rehab facility yesterday's morning, for violating "internal rules." We do not know precisely what Chris did, but we're told it did not involve violence or drugs. Sources told TMZ.

Chris was caught having "an inappropriate relationship" with a female worker at the beginning of the month, but that is NOT why he was thrown out today.

As you recall, Chris was previously thrown out of a different facility for throwing a rock at his mom's car window. Chris was picked up by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies yesterday's afternoon and is now in jail, being held with no bail

Chris Brown Diagnosed with Mental Illness

Chris Brown has been diagnosed as bi-polar, suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and self-medicating inappropriately. This was revealed during his last court appearance.

He appeared in court yesterday for a probation hearing and a letter from his rehab facility gave the singer high marks for improvement but suggested he remain in treatment.

The letter, obtained by E! News, reads in part,

“Mr. Brown will also require close supervision by his treating physician in order to ensure his bipolar mental health condition remains stable. It is not uncommon for patients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar II to use substances to self-medicate their biomedical mood swings and trauma triggers.”

“Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD.”

Chris was ordered to remain in treatment for two more months. His next hearing is set for April 23.
