Meet President Jonathan's Daughter's Real Parents + More Photos from her Wedding After party

The story of President Goodluck Jonathan's foster daughter Faith Sakwe who had her traditional wedding on Saturday remains unknown to many. City People reports Faith Sakwe is the daughter of late Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) Bayelsa State chieftain Mr. Sakwe who died in an auto crash a few years ago.

After his death, the Jonathan's decided to take full responsibility of Faith's welfare. Up to her university education, they didn't fail on this. It was while schooling at the University of Calabar that Faith met her fiancé Godswill Osim Edward. Their white wedding holds in Abuja on Saturday, 12th April 2014.

President Jonathan's son in law Godswill is from Cross River State. So they brought the carnival spirit down too for their wedding after party.

PHOTOS: President Jonathan’s Daughter Set to Wed

Faith, who was adopted by the First Family when she was still young, will be celebrating her traditional marriage ceremony, on Saturday, 5th April, 2014, by 1pm. Venue is the Otuoke, Bayelsa State residence of the President. This would be followed by the marriage ceremony at the National Ecumenical Centre, Phase 1, Abuja, and reception at the International Conference Centre, Herbert Macaulay Way, Abuja on Saturday, 12th April, 2014.
